My experience here has been great. The maintenance and custodial staff do a great job - the common areas remain very clean and tidy years after building opening. The management staff are thoughtful and always very quick to help or offer solutions to any issues that pop up. Also, turnover is very low compared to other communities I have lived in. This reflects well on Insite as an employer but is also good for residents because it allows you to become familiar with staff.

LINQ Lofts + Flats is a wonderful place to live! Located in the heart of Kenmore, I am walking distance to the Burke Gilman trail, grocery stores, and bus stops etc. I appreciate that the apartments are beautiful, there is secure access to the building, and lovely staff.
